Before Massage Care
Please arrive for your session feeling satiated (but not too full of food!), well hydrated, clean and in comfortable clothing. Your therapist will discuss with you how much clothing to remove for your particular session requirements.
After Massage Care

Take it easy! Massage can often provide you with a boost of energy and lightness, but can sometimes leave you feeling wiped out and sore – listen to your body and if you feel you need some rest, do so.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy – for cancelled appointments with:
Less than 24 hours’ notice – 50% of the treatment price will be charged. However, you can find someone else to take your appointment and no fee will be charged, just contact Essentia Massage to let me know the change of plan.
Less than 3 hours’ notice for the appointment – 100% of the treatment price will charged. However, you can find someone else to take your appointment and no fee will be charged, just contact Essentia Massage to let me know the change of plan.
No show for appointment - 100% of the treatment price will be charged.
Bookings with vouchers – As per the above policies, the fee will be deducted from the voucher.
